This private residence was created by the adaptive re-use of a former industrial space located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. The design program called for the merging of several existing spaces located on two levels into a single harmonious composition utilizing a combination of the building’s original elements in conjunction with new contemporary and modern elements.
