Conversion of an infamous Chelsea neighborhood S&M club into a private art gallery which has hosted retrospectives of such notable artists as Picasso, David Salle, and Jean-Michel Basquiat. The design concept was based primarily on the utilization and re-purposing of the industrial elements which were original to the space while creating a functional and unique gallery space in which to view the art.
