D+FORM is partnering on the development of a new multi-family residential complex to be located two miles East of downtown Marfa Texas with views of the Davis, Puertacita and Haystack mountains. This project has been designed specifically to address the shortage of affordable, long-term rental housing that currently exists for the workforce community in Marfa.
